Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Develops Employees Handbook;
2. Formulates Competency Based Learning Development Plan;
3. Provides secretariat services to HRMPSB;
4. Prepares and submits HR reports to Civil Service Commission (CSC), DBM, COA as required and/or requested;
5. Monitors compliance to the submission of Individual Performance Contract (IPC), Individual Performance Contract Review (IPCR) and other performance tool of NACC staff;
6. Assists in the development, review, and administration of policies, compensations, benefits, manpower planning and ensuring regular updating of personnel records with reference to all applicable laws and regulations;
7. Conducts training needs assessment and consolidates the results as basis of learning and development plan;
8. Facilitates and/or manages learning and/or development activities;
9. Prepares/reviews memoranda and correspondence on matters pertaining to Admin concerns;
10. Handles Petty Cash for Admin Expenses;
11. Performs other task that may be assigned.
Project Development Officer I

Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the preparations of planning, monitoring and budget preparations to unit/staff;
2. Prepares report and materials for updating of the functionality of NACC websites;
3. Assists in the development and implementation of training modules, reports and advocacy materials for NACC as required by various agencies;
4. Prepares analyses report on statistical reports submitted by Administrative Staff;
5. Monitors compliance of units/divisions to Perform Based Bonus requirements;
6. Assists in the implementation and prepares a report on the Liaison Service Agency Accreditation Program involved in the inter-country adoption program;
7. Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
