The Intercountry Adoption Board (ICAB), the Central Authority in intercounrty adoption in the Philippines under Republic Act 8043, announces the vacancy for one (1) Administrative Officer V with the corresponding minimum qualification standards:

Education : Bachelor’s  Degree relevant to the job

Experience : Two years of relevant experience

Training : Eight hours of relevant training

Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)

ICAB: 20 years of building families!


This year marks the ICAB’s 20th Anniversary. In June 7, 1995, Republic Act 8043 otherwise known as the Philippine Inter-country Adoption Act of 1995 was passed into law. The law created the Inter-country Adoption Board as the Central Authority in matters relating to the inter-country adoption of Filipino children and as the policy making body for purposes of carrying-out the convention requirement (Article II Section 4 of RA 8043).
